Our Navigators [Support Workers] will help you Wayfind across your daily access needs, various supports, and wider community. We provide assistance with travel and transport, to support our participants to access the community, work, or education where they cannot do so through other means of transport.

Our disability transport assistance is here to ensure that you are connected to your community, which means making sure that you can visit your family and friends, access doctors appointments, and keep up with your desired social activities.
