The work is relational. So is the team. We are a registered NDIS provider in Brisbane, growing across Queensland in support work, allied health, and nursing.

If you want work where people matter, documentation is part of good care, and colleagues show up for each other, read on. Pick a role to apply with the title pre-filled, or submit a general application if you are unsure where you fit.

What it is like to work here

  • Participant-centred practice. Supports follow funded goals and the direction agreed with participants, families, and coordinators.
  • Multidisciplinary team. Support work, allied health, and nursing collaborate so care stays connected, not siloed.
  • Culture built on purpose. Star Compass began in 2022 with a small team and a focus on finding the right people. That still shapes hiring today. Read more in our story.
