Nursing
Nursing is part of how Star Compass supports participants with more complex needs. Our nurses work in the community, in participants' homes, alongside their support workers, and in coordination with the people already in their lives. Clinical input and community support are not two separate things for us. They are part of the same consistent presence. Nursing is coordinated from our Mount Gravatt office.
We support participants across wound care, medication management, chronic condition monitoring, and health coordination, as well as outreach for people in more complex social circumstances, including those without stable housing. If your participant needs nursing support that fits around their goals and their life, reach out and we will work out what makes sense together.
